Ingredients
Cut carrot and onion into small pieces. Boil carrot, onion, ginger and garlic in pressure cooker by adding 1 cup water on medium flame till 2 to 3 whistle. Separate stock and grind the boiled carrot along with onion, ginger and garlic to make a fine paste. Now boil the paste in a fry pan by adding black pepper powder, salt, butter, stock water and 1/2 cup water. Mix well and let the soup boil. Once boiled, soup is ready to be served. Method
