Ingredients
Add all purpose flour, salt and refined oil. Mix well and make soft dough adding water to it. Cover the dough and rest it for 10 minutes. Smoothen the dough by apply some refined oil on it. Make small balls of dough. Roll it with the help of roll pin. It should be thin. Fold it from two sides and put some mozzarella cheese and onion in it. Fold it and close the paratha from all sides. Now grill this paratha on a grill pan with the help of desi ghee or refined oil. Once the paratha is golden brown from both the sides, your cheese paratha is ready to be served. Enjoy the meal.
