  • All Purpose Flour : 3 Cup
  • Salt: 1 Tsp
  • Refined Oil: 2 Tbsp
  • Water
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Onion


Step 1

Add all purpose flour, salt and refined oil. Mix well and make soft dough adding water to it.

Step 2

Cover the dough and rest it for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Smoothen the dough by apply some refined oil on it.

Step 4

Make small balls of dough.

Step 5

Roll it with the help of roll pin. It should be thin.

Step 6

Fold it from two sides and put some mozzarella cheese and onion in it.

Step 7

Fold it and close the paratha from all sides.

Step 8

Now grill this paratha on a grill pan with the help of desi ghee or refined oil.

Step 9

Once the paratha is golden brown from both the sides, your cheese paratha is ready to be served.

Step 10

Enjoy the meal.
