Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flour: 3 Cup
  • Salt: 1 Tsp
  • Refined Oil : 2 Tablespoon
  • Water to make dough
  • Egg: 2/per roll
  • Black Pepper
  • Green Chili
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Onion
 

Method

Step 1

Mix all purpose flour, salt and refined oil. Mix well. Now slowly add water to it and make a soft dough.

Step 2

Smoothen the dough with the help of some refined oil/butter.

Step 3

Cut medium size balls from the dough and roll them with the help of rolling pin to make thin parathe.

Step 4

Now semi cook these parathe on a pan from both sides and keep aside.

Step 5

Take two eggs , add pinch of salt, black pepper and green chili and beat it well.

Step 6

Now take some oil on a pan and put this omelette mixture on the pan.

Step 7

Above that put one paratha and let the egg cook from underneath.

Step 8

Turn it around and cook it from other side.

Step 9

Put some onion slices, mayonnaise and tomato sauce on the inner side.

Step 10

One the roll is cooked from both side, remove it from tha pan and make a roll.

Step 11

Delicious Egg Roll is ready to be served.
