Ingredients
Mix all purpose flour, salt and refined oil. Mix well. Now slowly add water to it and make a soft dough. Smoothen the dough with the help of some refined oil/butter. Cut medium size balls from the dough and roll them with the help of rolling pin to make thin parathe. Now semi cook these parathe on a pan from both sides and keep aside. Take two eggs , add pinch of salt, black pepper and green chili and beat it well. Now take some oil on a pan and put this omelette mixture on the pan. Above that put one paratha and let the egg cook from underneath. Turn it around and cook it from other side. Put some onion slices, mayonnaise and tomato sauce on the inner side. One the roll is cooked from both side, remove it from tha pan and make a roll. Delicious Egg Roll is ready to be served. Method
