Egg Vanilla Sponge Cake Recipe

  • Egg: 3
  • All Purpose Flour: 1 Cup
  • Sugar: 1/2 Cup
  • Refined Oil: 1/4 Cup
  • Vanilla Essence: 1 Tsp
  • Baking Powder: 1 Tsp
  • Milk: 1/4 Cup


Step 1

Brush the cake tin with oil and put a butter paper at it's bake.

Step 2

Separate egg white from egg yolk in a bowl.

Step 3

Beat egg white and yolk separately with the help of electronic beater.

Step 4

While beating egg white, add sugar to it.

Step 5

While beating yolk, add refined oil and vanilla essence to it. Also add all purpose flour and Baking powder to it.

Step 6

Again beat the yolk part by adding milk to it.

Step 7

Nox mix this yolk mixture to egg white and beat it to get consistent batter.

Step 8

Pour the cake batter in cake tin and tap it.

Step 9

Keep cake tin in preheated microwave on low rack, on convection mode, at 180 degree for 30 to 35 minutes.

Step 10

After 35 minutes your Vanilla Cake is ready to be served.
