Ingredients
Peel Red Carrot: 1 Kg Grate It Take a Pot and put some Desi Ghee. Heat it. Roast Some Dry Fruits Put all grated carrot and cook it on medium flame by covering it with the lid Stir it in between after 2 to 3 minutes Add 200 gm Sugar Now cook without cover it for few more minutes Add 2 Tbsp Desi Ghee Add Cardamom Powder: 1 Tsp Close the flame and let this Halwa cool for some time. Take 200 gm Mawa and roast it for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame After Halwa and Mawa both are cooled down, mix them together Add roasted dry fruits Serve it Method
