Ingredients
Take Cauliflower and carrot. Cut them into small pieces and slices. Boil them in water. Put them in boiling water and then again wait for water to boil. Take them out instantly when water starts to boil. Dry both of them in Sun for 1 full day. After that, boil mustard oil and cool it. Roast all the dry Masala for 1 minute on low flame. Grind all the dry Masale, green chilli, ginger, garlic and coriander powder without adding any water. Now add some green chilli to semi dry cauliflower and carrot. Add grinded Masala, Hing, Mango Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Salt and Mustard oil. Mix them all well. Keep this pickle in a air tight water free Jar and Enjoy your Pickle. Method
