Ingredients
Roast the peanut and cool it. Then remove its skin. Put jaggery and 2 tsp desi ghee in a pan on low flame and cook it until jaggery becomes hard when poured in water( just to test). Now add peanut to it and mix well. Switch off the flame and pour the mixture on a greased plate and evenly spread the it on a plate. Cut it in square. Then let it cool for 2 hours. After 2 hours, Chikki is ready to be served. Method
