Gud Ki Chikki Recipe

  • Peanut: 150 gm
  • Jaggery: 150 gm
  • Desi Ghee: 3 Tsp


Step 1

Roast the peanut and cool it. Then remove its skin.

Step 2

Put jaggery and 2 tsp desi ghee in a pan on low flame and cook it until jaggery becomes hard when poured in water( just to test).

Step 3

Now add peanut to it and mix well.

Step 4

Switch off the flame and pour the mixture on a greased plate and evenly spread the it on a plate.

Step 5

Cut it in square. Then let it cool for 2 hours.

Step 6

After 2 hours, Chikki is ready to be served.
