Ingredients
- All Purpose Flour - 2.5 Cup
- Milk Powder - 1 Tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 Tablespoon
- Instant Dry Yeast - 1+1/4 Teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Warm Water - 1 Cup
- Refined Oil / Butter - 4-5 Tablespoon
Method
Step 1
Take all purpose flour, milk powder, sugar, instant dry yeast and salt. Mix them well.
Step 2
Make a soft dough of the mixture using warm water.
Step 3
Now smoothen the dough using either refined oil or butter by stretch and fold method for about 15 minutes.
Step 4
Rest the dough in a greased bowl by covering with a cling film until it doubles in size.
Step 5
Once it's doubled, take it out and again knead it for 2 to 3 minutes. Then role it with the help of a roller and put it in the greased bread tin by making it a loaf. Again let the dough double in size. Once doubled grease it with butter and cover the bread tin with the lid and keep it in pre-heated oven/ microwave for 30 minutes at 180 degree on convection mode.
Step 6
After 30 minutes take out the bread tin and again grease it's top with butter. Again keep it in oven/ microwave for 2 to 3 minutes at 180 degree on convection mode to give its top layer brown bread color.
Step 7
Take it out after 3 minutes and let it cool for some time before taking it out of the bread tin.
Step 8
Homemade Bread Loaf is ready to be served.
