  • All Purpose Flour : 1 Cup / 120 gm
  • Cashew Nut: 50 gm
  • Gram Flour: 3 Tbsp
  • Cornflour: 2 Tbsp
  • Butter: 100 gm
  • Powdered Sugar: 1/3 Cup / 60 gm
  • Baking Soda: 1 Tsp
  • Milk
  • Cardamom Essence


Step 1

Crush some cashew nut.

Step 2

Now take a bowl. Add butter and powdered sugar. Mix it well until it becomes fluffy/ creamy.

Step 3

Now add all purpose flour, gram flour, corn flour, cashew nut and baking powder. Also add cardamom essence.

Step 4

Mix all of them and make a soft dough.

Step 5

Roll the dough with the help of rolling pin and cut small round shaped dough.

Step 6

Keep these round shaped cookies dough in a try.

Step 7

Apply some milk on the top of cookies and put some cashew pieces on it.

Step 8

Cookies are now ready to be baked in microwave.

Step 9

Keep it at convection mode, on low rack, in preheated microwave , at 180 degree for 15 minutes.

Step 10

After 15 minutes, Kaju Cookies are ready. Let them cool.

Step 11

Cookies are now ready to be served. Store it. Its self life is one month.
