Ingredients
- All-Purpose Flour : 1 Cup
- Gram Flour: 4 Tablespoon
- Semolina: 1 Tablespoon
- Powdered Sugar: 1/2 Cup
- Butter/ Ghee: 1/2 Cup
- Baking Powder: 1 Teaspoon
- Cardamom Powder: 1/2 Teaspoon
- Milk
- Dry Fruits
Method
Step 1
Take a bowl and add ghee/ butter and powdered sugar and mix it with the help of electronic beater / hand beater / hand until it becomes fluffy. It will take take around 10 minutes.
Step 2
Now add all-purpose flour, gram flour, semolina, cardamom powder and baking powder in this ghee and sugar mixture. Mix them all well and make a dough.
Step 3
Make small balls of the nankhatai from this dough.
Step 4
Give it a milk wash from top and put some chopped dry fruits on it.
Step 5
Now keep these nankhatai balls on the microwave tray. Pre-heat the microwave.
Step 6
Keep the microwave tray in the pre-heated microwave on low rack at 180 degree. Bake it for 20 to 25 minutes on convection mode. Same will be the process for OTG and Oven.
Step 7
Your Nankhatai Cookies are now ready to be served after 25 minutes. Enjoy.
