  • Paneer Cubes: 500 gm
  • Curd: 1/2 Cup or 100 gm
  • Schezwan sauce: 1 Tablespoon
  • Red Chilli Sauce: 2 Tablespoon
  • Tomato Sauce: 2 Tablespoon
  • Soya Sauce: 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Cornflour: 3 Tablespoon
  • Kasuri Methi: 1 Tablespoon
  • Chaat Masala: 1 Teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder: 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Black Pepper Powder: 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Salt to Taste
  • Orange Red Food Color ( Optional) : Pinch Of
  • Butter / Oil To Grill
  • Skewer Sticks
  • Onion, Capsicum and Tomato Slices.


Step 1

Take Curd, Schezwan Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Soya Sauce, Cornflour, Kasuri Methi, Chaat Masala, Turmeric Powder, Black Pepper Powder, orange red food color and Salt in a big bowl and mix them well.

Step 2

Now add Cubes of Paneer into this paste and coat them with the paste which we have made.

Step 3

Add slices of Onion, Capsicum and Tomato in the bowl.

Step 4

Now seal the bowl with the help of Cling Film and keep in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.

Step 5

After 4 hours, take out the bowl and mix everything again.

Step 6

Take Skewers and prepare paneer sticks to be grilled.

Step 7

Heat the grill pan and take some butter and oil together to grill the tikkas.

Step 8

Keep the Paneer sticks on the grill pan and let it cook on medium flame for some minutes.

Step 9

Keep rotating the skewer so that Paneer Tikka gets grilled from all the sides.

Step 10

Once its Golden Red from all sides, take them out of the pan and serve them with green chutney. Your Paneer Tikka is ready.

Step 11

You can simple tose the cubes of paneer directly on the pan if you do not have skewer and grill them in the same fashion.
