Pineapple Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flour: 1.5 Cup
  • Cornflour: 2 Tbsp
  • Powdered Sugar: 1/3 Cup /60gm
  • Butter: 100 gm
  • Pineapple Essence
  • Pineapple Jam

Method

Step 1

Add Butter to a bowl

Step 2

Add Powdered Sugar

Step 3

Mash it well for 5 to 6 minutes

Step 4

Add All Purpose Flour and cornflour

Step 5

Add 1/2 Tsp Pineapple Essence

Step 6

Mix Well and make a dough

Step 7

Take small balls of dough and stuff pineapple jam in it.

Step 8

Make cuts on top of cookies just like the texture on pineapple

Step 9

Keep them on a microwave tray

Step 10

Keep the tray on low rack in microwave

Step 11

Bake it on convection mode in preheated microwave at 180 degree for 20 to 22 minutes

Step 12

After 20 minutes cookies are ready. Let them cool for 2 hours.

Step 13

Shelf life: 15 to 20 days
