Ingredients
Thoroughly wash Sabudana with water. Soak it in water for 5 to 6 hours. Now heat the refined oil in a pan on medium flame. Add to it cumin seeds, green chili and chopped potatoes. Stir them well and cover the pan with lid until potatoes are cooked well. Now add tomatoes and rock salt and stir it well and again cover the pan with lid for another 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in between once. Add Sabudana, rock salt and cumin powder and mix everything well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until everything is cooked well. Now add chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves and turn off the flame. Sabudana / Sago is ready to be served. Enjoy the meal. Method
