Ingredients
Mix All Purpose Flour, Sugar and Yeast. Now add Semolina and Salt and mix them well. Add warm water slowly and make a soft dough. Now smoothen the dough with the help of Butter. Now cover the dough and keep it in some dark place for 1 to 2 hour until it ferments and doubles in size. Once it ferments, punch it to release air into it. Take some yellow cornflour for dusting Roll the dough with the help of roll pin to make 1/2 cm thick pizza base. Put the Pizza Base on Microwave Tray Raise the sides of the pizza base and make holes in the base with the help of fork. Apply some butter to the base. Spread some pizza sauce on top of the base. Spread small cubes of Mozzarella Cheese Put some onions, capsicum, tomato and black olives on top of the pizza Preheat the microwave at 200 degree for 5 minutes. Then put the tray on low rack, at 200 degree for 15 minutes on convection mode. After 15 minutes your pizza is ready to be served. Method
