Veg Cheese Triple Layer Grilled Sandwich

  • Bread Slice
  • Salted Butter
  • Tomato Slice
  • Onion Slice
  • Capsicum Slice
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin Powder
  • Chaat Masala
  • Black Pepper
  • Grated Cottage Cheese
  • Cheesespread
  • Processed Cheese Slice


Step 1

Take one slice of bread and apply butter to it one side and put it on a hot grill pan with butter side down.

Step 2

Put some slices of tomato, onion and capsicum on top of it.

Step 3

Put some salt, cumin powder, chaat masala and black pepper onto it.

Step 4

Add Grated Cottage Cheese on top of it.

Step 5

Apply cheese spread on second slice of bread and put it above first slice.

Step 6

Apply butter on other side of the second bread and turn the sandwich around.

Step 7

Again grate cottage cheese on the sandwich.

Step 8

Put some tomato, onion and capsicum slices again with salt, black pepper, cumin powder and chaat masala.

Step 9

Put one Cheese Slice above all this and cover it with third slice of bread.

Step 10

Apply butter on the top most side of the third slice of bread.

Step 11

Turn and grill the sandwich well from all the sides until it turns golden brown in color.

Step 12

Cut the Sandwich into half and it is ready to be served.
