Ingredients

  • Chana Dal: 1 Cup
  • Onion: 1
  • Garam Masala: 1.5 Tsp
  • Salt: 1.5 Tsp
  • Water
  • Soya Chunks
  • Mint Leaves
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Green Chilli
  • Red Chilli Powder: 1 Tsp
  • Meat Masala: 1 Tsp
  • Kasuri Methi: 1 Tsp
  • All Purpose Flour: 2 Tsp
  • Sewai: 50 gram
  • Desi Ghee
  • Refined Oil

Method

Step 1

Soad Chana Dal in water for 2 to 3 hours

Step 2

Then boil chana dal , onion, garam masala and salt in 1/2 cup water till 4 to 5 whistle.

Step 3

Soak Soya Chunks in Water for 1/2 hr

Step 4

Grind Soya Chunks, Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic and Mint Leaves together.

Step 5

Also grind boiled chana dal, onion mixture. Make a fine paste.

Step 6

And this paste in soya chunk paste.

Step 7

Add red chilli powder, meat masala, garam masala, kasuri methi and salt. Mix them all well.

Step 8

Make small kabab from this mixture.

Step 9

Grill it on low flame in desi ghee+refined oil until both sides turn reddish brown.

Step 10

Veg Chana Dal Kebabs are ready to be served.
