Ingredients
Soad Chana Dal in water for 2 to 3 hours Then boil chana dal , onion, garam masala and salt in 1/2 cup water till 4 to 5 whistle. Soak Soya Chunks in Water for 1/2 hr Grind Soya Chunks, Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic and Mint Leaves together. Also grind boiled chana dal, onion mixture. Make a fine paste. And this paste in soya chunk paste. Add red chilli powder, meat masala, garam masala, kasuri methi and salt. Mix them all well. Make small kabab from this mixture. Grill it on low flame in desi ghee+refined oil until both sides turn reddish brown. Veg Chana Dal Kebabs are ready to be served. Method
