Ingredients
Take a bowl. Add wheat flour, semolina, yellow corn flour, sugar, salt and instant dry yeast. Mix well. Now slowly add warm water and make a soft dough. Smoothen the dough with the help of butter. Cover the bowl with cling film and rest the dough for 2 hours. After the dough has doubled in size, spread some yellow corn flour and roll the dough with the help of rolling pin to make pizza base. Keep the pizza base on a microwave tray. Slightly raise the sides of the base. Make holes in the base with the help of fork. Apply some butter on the top of base. Evenly spread pizza sauce on the base. Put Cheese on top of Pizza Base. Spread some slices of onions, tomato, capsicum and black olive. Also spread some pizza seasoning on top of it. Now keep the Pizza in preheated Microwave at 200 degree on low rack, on convection mode, for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, Homemade Pizza is ready to be served. Method
